Create a New Organization
Platform administrators can create fully isolated tenant organizations.

Create a new organization
- Sign in as a platform administrator.
- Navigate to Users & Organizations (header menu or /users).
- Open the Organizations tab.
- Click New organization.
- Complete the Create organization dialog (name required; slug optional; primary domain and allowed SSO domains optional).
- Click Create — you are added as the first admin of the new tenant.
- The new org appears in the list — click Switch to make it the active context.
- Configure the new org: Settings → Organization, LLM Settings, Invitations, Integrations.
Create organization fields

| Slug | No | URL identifier; auto-generated from name if omitted (immutable after creation) |
| Primary domain | No | Main email domain (e.g. acme.com) |
| Allowed SSO domains | No | Comma-separated domains allowed to sign in. Empty = allow all until tightened. |
Configure the new organization
- Settings → Organization — verify name and domains.
- Settings → LLM Settings — add LLM profiles (credentials are per-org).
- Settings → Invitations — invite the customer's team.
- Settings → Integrations — connect Jira/Confluence if needed.
Switch between organizations
- Users & Organizations → Organizations.
- Find the target org card.
- Click Switch — all data reflects the new active org.
- The active org shows an Active badge.
Organizations are fully isolated tenants. Data does not leak across org boundaries.
