Email invitations for new team members.

Sections
- Invitation count + Invite users button.
- Invitation cards: email, role, inviter, date, status (pending/expired/revoked).
Invite teammates
- Settings → Invitations → Invite users.
- Enter emails (comma or newline separated).
- Select role: PM, SME, or Admin.
- Click Send invitations.
- Share invite link (copy from card) or let users receive email.
- Resend, Revoke, or Re-invite as needed.
